Many athletes use yoga to build long, strong muscles, increase flexibility and develop core strength. Not only does yoga produce noticeable results in a short time, but it also improves performance and is an excellent form of injury prevention. Whether you play a racquet sport and favor one side of your body, are a boxer who requires upper body strength, or a runner who puts stress on the lower body, yoga’s full spectrum of poses will help bring your body back into balance naturally. Yoga breathing is also an advantage to athletes (or anyone else) who needs to focus and relax under pressure. It will help you get into the 'zone' that state of relaxed awareness in which peak performance occurs.

- Yoga for Golfers

Improve your game by targeting the areas of your body that affect your swing, stamina, mental acuity, balance and coordination. Yoga will help your body become more limber and even heighten your concentration. All handicaps and fitness levels welcome!

- Yoga for Hockey

Yoga is perfect for Hockey Players. Improve your core strength, gain freedom of the breath mental clarity and flexibility. We have hosted several Hockey clubs and all have benefited from a yoga practice.

- Yoga for Runners

Focus on finding freedom from the ground up, from massaging the feet and learning self care of the feet to lengthening the leg muscles, buttocks and hips. Yoga breathing can help you find your stride!
 

Types of Classes & Descriptions:

 

  Kundalini: Accessible to all levels, this comprehensive class will help you strengthen your body, increase flexibility, relax and cultivate a clearer, more focused mind. Using yogic music, I will lead you through chanting meditations to balance the chakras and cultivate prosperity. A perfect for the beginning yogins!

YogaNidra (Meditation): A hypnosis style guided meditation to induce a state of sleep and minimize or eliminate the effects of jet lag. YogaNidra brings an incredible clarity, quietness and calmness & highly conducive to deep relaxation & sleep. In addition, an affirmation of eliminating the effects of time zone variance (jet lag) is introduced & readies the practitioner to function effectively in the new time zone.

CoreEnergy©:
is a total body & breathe conditioning program. Breathing techniques are used to balance the hormones, detoxify & cleanse the system. Tones the core micro muscles to support the macro muscles of the body. Helps to eliminate the back pain issues!  Suitable for all levels!

TheCore©: is a total body conditioning program which emphasizes the micro muscles to support the macro muscles of the body. Designed to work on the core muscles, including the pelvic floor, abdominus and the deep back postural muscle.  Physiology and posture improves, practitioners are less prone to back pain and the structure of the body comes into better alignment around gravity.

TheEnergy©: is an energizing breathing therapy program. It helps one to rejuvenate, refresh, energize and heal the entire physical and mental system. Excellent for overcoming back pain, spinal disorders & Jet Lag. One may experience heightened state of mental and physical well being and relaxation.


TheAM©: Start your day with the feeling of balance, energy, and freedom. It’s a great warming flow beginning with energizing breath work and flowing into standing, sitting and finishing sequences.

ThePM©: Windup your day with the in this series of poses that will help your body to relax and unwind for the evening. Great workout ends with a great centeredness & relaxation & tranquillity. Helps to sleep well and overcome insomnia if any!

TheGentle©: yoga class saturates the mind and body with calming & relaxing energy with this relaxing yoga class. I will guide you mindfully through gentle movements while cultivating a meditative state. Infuse your entire being with calm, yet refreshing energy, an essential element for a busy and dynamic lifestyle. 
Create an excellent foundation as a beginner practitioner or develop greater understanding of various poses for a more experienced practitioner.


About Sachi
Sachi has been practicing yoga since age 5. He has been developing and teaching wellness and holistic yoga &  Teacher Training programs for over 13 years and has more than 20 years of yogic life expertise and experience in various countries e.g. India, Thailand, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and Sydney etc. He brings both warmth and humour to teaching as well as well formed positive progression to students.

Part of his work is also Life counselling as a certified NLP Consultant. His qualifications include more than 20 yrs of Yoga Practice, PGDST and NLP GRAD. CERT. (Internationally accredited 300 hrs.)
