Unlike many of the self proclaimed yogis and “gurus” that can be found everywhere these days who in reality have less than 1 year’s actual training and zero practical teaching experience, Sachi on the other
hand has been practicing yoga since age 5, and comes from a long line where his ancestors have been practicing yoga for well over a thousand years, to whom yoga is not merely calisthenics and gymnastics, but a philosophy, a way of life, that is applicable to all aspects and details of everyday living, as well as on the battlefield.

Initially he was taught yoga by his father and uncle, and later did much travelling where he was fortunate enough to receive personal training from real life yogis and ascetics who live in the mountains and ashrams, uncorrupted by the materialism of so-called civilization. Though a teacher yet ever a student, Sachi believes that the shores of knowledge are never reached, and the moment your
education is done, so are you.

The dynamic Spirit and energy of Life compels Sachi to always be on the look out to take his yoga, skill, technique, passion, wisdom, to ever increasing heights. He has been developing and teaching Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Raja Yoga, Mantra, Kundalini Meditation, Wellness and Holistic Yoga & Teacher Training Certification programs for over 13 years on at least 3 continents, and has been practicing yoga and being a yogi for more than 20 years in various countries e.g. India, Thailand, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Sydney, Europe etc. He brings both warmth and humour to his teaching as well as progressive instruction to students with an emphasis on the positive force of Life.
